Since 2006 I have been taking graduate level courses in instructional design and technology and was considered a forerunner in applying instructional technology to augment content and engage students in the classroom. Looking to expand my technical skill-set , Full Sail University's Instructional Design and Technology graduate certificate program appealed to me. The online program has been the best education experience of my academic career; from the learning management system to creating group projects with peers across the country, a focus on applying instructional design theories through audio and visual projects have modeled a captivating digital learning environment. At this point in the program we are still generating artifacts and have not composed our final portfolio. Please feel free to view the following samples of work in progress. Thank you!

Video Projects:
One of my new favorite things is producing instructional video. I'm a visual thinker and I find myself in that "zone" when I'm editing a video and polishing those details that appeal to learners. Currently many of my instructional video projects include creating story-boards, writing scripts, or working with a subject matter expert to capture a screencast.

Projects:
Infographics or interactive PDFs can be great learning objects. I love sifting though data, finding the story, and making it visual. Currently I'm developing a infographic for compliance to be launched in conjunction with a video message reaching thousands of call center associates nationwide.
